I recently had the pleasure of working with Conner Olsen as my real estate agent, and I can't express enough how exceptional my experience was. Conner went above and beyond to help me purchase my first property, a duplex house hack, while I was out of the state! From the very beginning, Conner was attentive and took the time to understand my specific needs and preferences. Despite the distance, he maintained excellent communication, promptly responding to my emails and calls, and providing regular updates on the property search and negotiations. Conner's expertise in real estate shone through during property showings. He pointed out both the strengths and potential issues of each property, ensuring that I had all the information needed to make an educated choice. As a first-time home buyer, I had LOTS of questions and Conner was exceptionally patient and helpful in providing the insight necessary for me to feel comfortable with making offers on properties. Additionally, Conner's network of contacts, from home inspectors to contractors, proved to be an invaluable resource. He recommended a reliable and thorough home inspector, helped set up contractor bids so that I understood the estimated costs involved, and referred me to a number of excellent professionals that I am now using for renovations. He was also able to negotiate some repair concessions before closing and got me a great deal overall!! Conner’s insight and support made my first property purchase a successful and enjoyable experience. We worked with Conner on Jordan’s team and could not have had a better experience. Conner is very knowledgeable, responsive, and easy to work with. He explains things very well to first-time homebuyers and is patient when answering questions. Conner is an excellent negotiator and got us a fantastic deal. I can’t speak highly enough of him and his work ethic, and would recommend him to anyone.
