When I say Heather Sawyer is a Godsend , I mean it !!!!! From the minute I met her I knew I was in good hands! So smart , so personable and most importantly professional and informative! She would communicate as soon as an update came about and explained every bit of the process to me ! Even with my closing getting pushed out she reassured me about the sellers progress and really eased the anxiety that naturally comes with such a big time in my life ! She even treated my daughter soo nicely which is not necessary but made my daughter feel like such a important part of the process ! You çan tell she takes pride in what she does and she definitely has a love for this and seeing people grow and secure their new home ! Ms. Sawyer is a gem and if it wasn't for her I don't think I would've been as successful in my home buying process. Being a 1st time home buyer & single mom , I appreciate her patience and kind nature towards me. I would refer her to everyone I know ! She will forever be in my heart , as she allowed me to change me and my daughters lives!!!!!!!! Thank you thank you thank you Heather ??

Kathy helped me find my dream home in a tough market. We saw a lot of houses at the peak of the market from April to June 2021 and made several offers that were not accepted ... thank goodness because I finally found the one. I appreciated how she changed our approach when we didn't get a property, using what we learned from one experience to make a better offer at the next one. She was also a great advocate for me and made sure my questions and concerns were answered in a timely way. Her directness, non-nonsense demeanor, and honesty gave me a lot of confidence and at the same time, she got excited about properties that we both liked. Since I was looking by myself, it was nice to have an enthusiastic partner. She never pushed me to try and like a place that I didn't and was amazingly patient after a lot of viewings! She was prompt, wrote offers quickly, a great communicator, was friendly with the sellers' agents (which helped us get more nuanced information), and when we found the house I finally bought, we both realized how perfect it was and she gave me excellent counsel on how to make the winning offer. Mine was one of nine offers (including an all cash!) and I got it. There is no question that I will reach out to Kathy again when I am ready to look for my next property and I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Lindsey is very reliable, committed, detailed and a prestige individual who helps her clients professionally in finding their dream house. Even though sometimes it was rough looking for a house, Lindsey kept encouraging me not to give up, "We will find the right one!"

Lindsey made every effort possible to help me find my new home. When the right house finally came on the market, she was so willing to reach out and ask questions I couldn’t. She not only helped to move the mortgage process forward, she kept on top of everything. I felt so confident and at ease. I closed on my home within 37 days! It was the best experience ever. I kept wondering why it was such a hassle in the past? A year before finding Lindsey I spent 4 months trying to get a loan closed with another realtor who was supposed to represent me. I confidently recommend Lindsey to anyone looking for a home!
