John is the best agent we have worked with out of building and selling 15 homes. John’s attention to detail is second to none. This man will work 24 hours a day and do whatever it takes to make your purchase or sale a total success. We have never met any agent that comes close to meeting John’s high level standards.

John was the absolute best realtor we could ask for. If any issues came up all we had to do was call him and he would get it taken care of in a very timely manner. He understood what type of house we were looking for and keep us in the loop on the entire process. If you are looking for a knowledgeable realtor that excels in communication then I highly suggest John!

My husband and I recently owned land in Foley, AL that we had listed on the market. With no luck selling it, John Ward reached out to us asking for an opportunity to sell our land. He felt confident he could sell it within 6 to 8 months for more than we currently had it listed for. True to his word, he made it happen selling our property, sooner than later, for more than we previously had it listed for. John is a very motivated realtor and works hard in networking. He doesn't sit back and wait for people to come to him. He utilizes all of the available resources to help his clients in selling or buying real estate.
