John was so professional. I would highly recommend him. Most importantly he listened to what I wanted and what I could afford. He was always available to answer any questions. This was especially important because I live out of state and had many questions about the area. You can't go wrong working with John.

My wife and I cannot put into words to express how grateful we are to have worked with Johnny and Big John on helping us find our very first home here in Rhode Island. They made the whole process super easy and enjoyable! From the very beginning, they were just on top of EVERYTHING. We had an initial sit down to talk about our preferences about neighborhoods, floor plan, budget, etc. They worked so responsively and professionally to put together a plan that felt so us. Right after our initial talk, they even spent more than an hour driving around and showing us several neighborhoods that we may be potentially interested in. Throughout the searching process, they worked very closely with us and sent us listings and recommendations of houses to visit almost every day. More impressively, they were always available to show us properties and quick to respond to our many calls, emails, and text messages. They are friendly, patient, professional, and absolutely knowledgeable. They were always there to answer all of our questions in every step and provided invaluable suggestions about the pros and cons of each individual property. After searching for a few weeks, we found a great place and made our first offer. With their guidance, we were finally able to close on our dream house within a few weeks and navigate the potentially overwhelming pile of paperwork and logistics associated with new homeowners. We couldn't have done it without their help. We felt so lucky to work with Johnny and John Shield, and would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone.

It was a great pleasure working with Johnny and big John in the process of purchasing our first home. They know the area very well, and they're very professional and responsive.
