We currently are buying a house that they are representing. John Krol is non responsive and very much not willing to help. That is a disservice to his buyers. There are many options stay away from them

Kathy Rainford and John Krol gave excellent service. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They were always available to answer any questions we had ,friendly ,approachable and extremely knowledgeable regarding real estate. They guided us through the entire process of selling our home. First class service from both Kathy and John. We would highly recommend both of them.

We feel very lucky to have walked into Realty World while on vacation in Naples many years ago and we have nothing but praise and respect for the advice and professionalism of both Kathy & John. They have guided us through a few property transactions now and made the process very easy at every step. Both Kathy & John are so knowledgeable about the market and very open and honest when it comes to the finer details. As foreign buyers, we were so glad they have been in our corner to walk us through some of the many situations where we really did not understand parts of the process. Extremely professional, knowledgeable, and negotiated a truly unbelievable deal! Mr Krol’s background in and knowledge of the real estate market is unmatched! Anyone who chooses a real estate group besides this one is really losing out on an incredible opportunities for ideal negotiations!!! I have dealt with many real estate agents in the past but this group is very different, truly incredible, and set themselves apart and way above all other real estate agents. I can’t say enough great things about Mr Krol and his amazing company!!

I cannot recommend the Krol Group enough (5 stars certainly isn't enough!) and in particular, Kathy Rainford. Her knowledge of the local residential market and her negotiation skills resulted in an extremely favourable outcome for me. Her attentiveness and her continually "going the extra mile" due to me living 1,000's of miles away was so reassuring.
