We love the results John and Carrie were able to get from the sale of our home. Working with their team was a wonderful experience. We worked with them on the sale of our previous home and 14 years later asked them to help with the sale of our current home. Carrie patiently answered our questions, showed us the pros & cons of our home, and advised us on improvements to get the best offer. They even shared a list of trusted contractors making the process easier for us to research. Since we’d moved out, John and Carrie utilized their complimentary staging service to get the biggest bang for our buck. This was a months-long decision for us yet they never pressured us to move forward. John, Carrie, and their Client Care Manager Sherilyn answered all of our questions and addressed our concerns in a timely manner. When the timing was right, their advice allowed us to get $110,000 above our asking price! Once we were ready to sell, the entire process from listing to close was only 3 weeks. We were delighted with the entire Duke Team, including John, Carrie, and Sherilyn. They demonstrated infinite knowledge and patience working with us, dedicating several days at a time helping us to find a home. They went beyond the normal call of duty in protecting our interests. John, Carrie, and the entire Dukes team are amazing!! John helped us to purchase my first investment property (and my first ever property in the US!) in Morrisville, NC in 2018 when I was living in Los Angeles, CA. He puts his heart and soul into every transaction he facilitates! We decided to go back to him when we were ready to purchase our second investment property in Morrisville, NC in 2023. In both instances, he was able to negotiate prices and gave us what exactly we wanted. In both cases, I never went to see the property (since I live on the west coast) or during closing! They did everything for me remotely and as stress free as possible with great attention to detail! John, Carrie, and the entire Duke team are extremely knowledgeable of the market and the process. John and Carrie have incredible negotiating skills, and if they miss your call, they always call you back within 5 minutes. I highly recommend Dukes team as your partner if you decide to purchase/sell your property in the NC. John, Carrie, and the entire Duke team are hands-down the most caring, polite, and amazing realtors I have ever met. This team far exceeded expectations. They took their time to find us just the right house. We looked at over 70 homes and not once did I feel pressured into making a decision. They were always honest with their thoughts and knew everything before I even asked. When I did ask for something it was there within the hour. Honestly, from all the paperwork to the closing they did it all always with a smile and encouragement . You cannot go wrong with Carrie, John and Sherilyn. They are not only the best realtors you could ask for but now we consider them great friends.
