John and Erica were great every step of the way in assisting us with buying our first home. They communicated well, were always available to answer questions and meet us for showings on short notice, provided the necessary information, negotiate on our behalf, and made the process as least stressful as possible. I would recommend them to anyone as they begin their home buying process.

Simply the Best. We have three kids, jobs, and little extra time. We wanted to sell our house as quickly and with as much as ease as possible. John and his team made it as easy for us as possible and were in complete control the entire time. Trusting John and his team allowed us to sell our home for top dollar, and with little stress. They are simply the best and we couldn't be happier with how things turned out.

Chris is the best around. Chris was our realtor when we bought the house and he was the first person we called when it came time to sell our house. Chris is our go to guy and wouldn't work with anyone else. I would highly recommend Chris, he is trustworthy, professional, hard working, and he will do whatever he can to get you the best possible outcome when it comes to buying or selling your home. He is not only our go to realtor, but he is also a great friend!

We moved to South Carolina from Kansas City. Never stepping foot in the neighborhood or even town we moved to. I couldn't have done it without John and his team. Incredible to work with. Easy to talk with and express our needs as a large family of little ones. John was thorough in our quest along with being upfront on specific areas. He knew everything about the city, safety, networking, beaches, etc. I can not praise him and his team enough.
