John is a phenomenal Realtor & I highly recommend him! He has helped myself and other family members on multiple property purchases and sales. I feel like he treats us as good as he would his own family. He knows and understands real estate thoroughly and has really listened to my property needs. My Barnes, is the best he was willing to help us find a home. He went way above everything even when we had questions he took the time to answer when we sold our first home we did it on our own but we wanted to have help and Mr. Barnes did it for us. He was with us through it all. Without him we probally would have given up.

John was easy to work with. He was very Patient, especially with my husband, who is very difficult to work with and has Alzheimer’s. During the listing period he never once gave up hope it would sell. The land is heavily wooded and would need clearing, a water meter, and surveying all with no seller investment. John was able to accomplish this and more This was the only way property could be sold. He had numerous restrictions placed on him all of which he over came. He never once got angry or voiced displeasure at these restrictions.

John is a steadfast professional. His associate partnerships and local knowledge made a complex process easy. Always did I feel in control and at the front of his priorities. He made certain to keep me informed of all details related to the contract negotiation which allowed me to acquire the property at a price-point more favorable than I had anticipated. John was always timely and responded to communications readily. I will use Mr.Barnes as my agent for as long as he remains in the practice. I would recommend him to anyone looking for an honest broker.
