My husband and I were so lucky to have Joe Giordano as our realtor! We have nothing but all positive things to say about him and Re/Max! This was our first time buying a home and, needless to say, we did not know very much about the housing market, let alone during a crazy competitive sellers' market. Even in such a chaotic and competitive market, Joe made things as easy as possible for us! We were searching for a home in a different state and Joe was so flexible with viewing listings. We viewed a lot of listings on FaceTime with him since we were doing the house hunt from afar. We did finally get a chance to make a trip and view homes with him in person, and he made sure to dedicate so much of his time to us when we were in town to view houses. Joe was great at quickly picking up on what we liked and catered his searches for us. When it came time for placing offers, he was super prompt with finalizing paperwork and communicating progress to us quickly. Joe is the best and is a model realtor! Not only did he find us our dream home, but we found a new friend in the process!

We loved working with Joe!!! As first time home buyers, we were completely lost on what to do and Joe was there for us every step of the way. He was so accommodating and available for us for all of our home buying needs. He assisted us every step of the way with his incredible knowledge of the market and we enjoyed every second touring houses with him. Friendly, personable and always on your side to guide you in the right direction. I am so happy we chose Joe!!!

This is the third time we have worked with Joe. We will be listing our current home any day with him making it the fourth time. He is professional, attentive, knowledgeable and caring. I have referred family and friends to him and will continue to. You can’t get more top notch in my opinion.

Joe and Steve are an exceptional team and are both in your corner from beginning to end of the listing and selling process. Due to legal issues we had a very difficult estate sale and they went above and beyond to get the property closed. Hardworking is an understatement!!! If you want a positive outcome then look no further for an agent to call!!
