I have worked with Jody for the last 7 years. She helped me purchase my first home, and also prep my wife's home for sale. She is knowledgeable, friendly, and very responsive. Any time I have had a qurstion she has given me the answer or found the answer for me. In about a year we are planning on buying a new house and we will definitely go with Jody! ??

Jody helped us find our home almost three years ago. She was awesome through the process...always accommodated our schedules so we could see houses when it was convenient for us. If we wanted to see a house, she always made it happen within a day or two. This was really important because, as it turns out, the home we bought was only on the market for about 48 hours. We put in the 2nd offer, and the sellers had 4 more offers after. We got it! One of the biggest reasons I like her is because she never pushed to sell us something that was out of our price range. Jody was knowledgeable and advocated for us through the buying process. Definitely recommend!

Jody helped us buy our home. 4 yrs later she sold our home and we closed within a month of being on the market. She is an excellent realtor and a very nice person.
