We first met Jodi three years ago as my family began our search for the perfect lakeside property. We were pretty picky in what we wanted and Jodi stuck by us with patience and perseverance, working exceptionally hard on our behalf. She ultimate helped us buy our dream property and made the process seamless. As this is a second home, she went above and beyond making sure that all repairs were made prior to closing and supplied all services contacts for every aspect of the home. Post-closing I told her the cable company wanted to charge $19,000 to re-install the cable lines to the house. Jodi contacted the cable company and met them to inspect the line. It turns out they were fine, as she had stated prior to close, and ended up saving me $19,000. We have bought and sold a few homes and never has any realtor come to bat for us like Jodi did! Jodi helped my husband and I purchase and sell a piece of property in Wilmington. We purchased land to build a home but decided after several visits to sight that location was to far from location we really wanted to be. We have owned the property for over ten years. We called Jodi after hearing how well property was selling in the area and she advised us it was a great time to sell. We had an offer within weeks. Jodi is knowledgeable and professional. We enjoyed working with her through this process. We highly recommend her to friends and family.

We have worked with Jodi three times. The first time, she helped us find a rental for my husband before the family could move to be with him. The second time was her finding us our perfect home until our retirement. When we were ready to put our home on the market, there was no question who we would call. Jodi sold our home in one day! Jodi is a consummate professional with an intimate knowledge of the area and the real estate market, while still giving you her personal touch and attention to every detail.

We called Jodi on a recommendation from a friend we had in town, from our first meeting we knew we had a real go-getter. Jodi showed us every house we wanted to see she told us about the ins and outs of town and gave us pointers on renting the house out. Jodi was extremely responsive with all our questions and boy did we have a ton of questions, Jodi never left one unresolved. When we purchased our house and Lake Placid, the other lawyer and realtor we’re not the easiest to deal with, Jodi not only facilitated the process but made sure they (meaning the other party) stayed on the ball to push the closing along. Even after we purchased the property there were some issues that have come up with the house, we called Jodi to contact the seller and agent to see if we can come to some sort of resolution since we were told things were in working order (the other party didn’t even want to bother). Jodi took our call and tried to make things right even though they were not willing to. Jodi will work hard for you and make sure you are getting a fair deal.
