I worked directly with Michelle from JJ's office and she was wonderful! Very responsive at all hours of the day and quick to jump on requests. We had a hiccup with lending late in the contract date and had to extend by a week and she was extremely responsive and accommodating as we worked through the intricacy's of the extension. I'm looking forward to working with her again on another home!

We used JJ when we sold our first home 31 years ago. He helped us get through a difficult settlement that included liens against our house that were 3 times what we paid for the house.(Our original title company owner was a criminal and had fled the country).We have known and used JJ ever since. He just listed and sold our house to someone the first week. He gave us specific advise that I was reluctant to agree with. He ended up being 100% right and we would have faltered if we didn't listen to him. JJ and Michelle did everything we asked and more.We had him as a young agent and wouldn't be using him in 2021 if we didn't like and trust him 100%.
