Holly is the best, I couldn't thank her enough for all of her support. Buying a home can be an emotional roller coaster, it was nice having someone that genuinely cared. We love our home and are confident we would not choose anyone else if needed again. :)

The home we sold was part of an estate, and I was the executor. I wanted a realtor that was prompt, knowledgeable, professional, and trustworthy. The reviews I looked at and read through were terrific. I also noticed the promptness at our first meeting. I noticed how prepared Jill was with information on how her company works and the thorough communication between her team and herself on all clients they have. She was also direct and honest about what needed to get done before putting the house on the market. Most importantly she always closed the loop on questions right away, every time, including everyone on her team. I never felt like they were not on top of everything. It gave me peace of mind while dealing with other things that the situation was being handled well, and made me realize I made the right choice. My advice is to choose Jill and her team for buying or selling any home. They take care of you every step of the way. We plan to stay with her and her team for any future plans and will always recommend them to all others who may need a realtor as well.

I stumbled upon The Jill Smith Team and worked with Holly Jones. Holly reached out to me when I was looking at a home online that she was selling for someone else. We wanted to sell our house but were shopping online in the area we wanted to move into to get an idea of pricing in the area. Holly was great at answering my questions and when I told her we weren't looking to buy or sell right at that moment she was understanding and supportive. When we were ready to move forward we ended up hiring Holly to sell our home and to help us look for our next home. She gave us fair accurate pricing for our home. Holly was very informative and upfront with anything we had concerns or questions about. The response times from Holly were always very short, she got back with us quickly on anything we asked. The Jill Smith Team had our house sold very quickly and the whole process with them was painless. We are still shopping for our new home and Holly has been very patient with us and our demands. Lol! She understands what we are looking for and staying within our budget. I would definitely work with The Jill Smith Team again and definitely work with Holly again. Anyone who asks me for a realtor recommendation I would give them her information immediately!

My experience was great!!! Holly made the process so easy. She was knowledgeable and always available. This was my first time purchasing a home and it was easier than I could have ever imagined. Would definitely recommend Holly and the Jill Smith Team. They are experienced and really know what they are doing which translates to a smooth process for both buyers and sellers.

I have been working with Alane Avila and Jill . Jill's Team is a First Class Service. They are very professional, patient and responsive. Jill and Alane were very patient since we made several changes in our buying decisions and they never complained. Jill and Alane provided their expertise on the Bridgeland and Escondido subdivisions in Texas regarding pricing and timing of buying/selling our home. Jill 's team forever !!
