Jill was the perfect real estate agent to support us with the listing of our townhouse in Menomonie. She is knowledgeable about the area and is very much tuned into the local market trends. She did a great job creating the listing with excellent descriptions and pictures. Jill was extremely accommodating and made herself available on short notice when needed. She smartly hosted an open house at a date and time that was most effective. Importantly, she was very savvy with pricing and helped us achieve strong value for the home while ongoing construction in our neighborhood created challenges. Jill is a wonderful realtor and person. My husband and I live out of state but were determined to purchase property on Lake Eau Galle....something that we discovered, was not easy to do. Jill remained positive and encouraging through several years of searching until we finally were able to acquire a lot on the lake. She is a wealth of knowledge and has helped guide us to local businesses who we are currently building our lake home. Jill is warm, friendly, knowledgeable and has an amazing work ethic. It has been a pleasure to work with her and we whole heartedly recommend her as a realtor.

I was given Jill's info by some friends whom I trusted. I didn't know what to expect from a realtor as this was my first time buying a house, and until then all I had dealt with was people trying to pitch me their rental properties. I was expecting someone, pushy, impatient, and desperate to get me to sign on the dotted line as fast as possible. Jill was far from that. She was very open about her thoughts on the houses we looked at, and when I was even nervous to mention negative thoughts about a place, she was right there pointing out other issues I didn't even think to look for. I didn't feel rushed or pressured when I finally found the right house, and it was thanks to Jill's hunting and support. At the end of the day I thought working with a realtor would be like working with a salesperson, but with Jill it felt like she really cared and wanted to make sure I put a bid on a place that I loved, and nothing less than that. If I ever have to deal with another realtor in the future, she has set the bar higher than I realized it could go.

Jill was so easy to work with. She helped us with selling our home and buying a new home. She is honest, knowledgeable, very responsive and just one of the best realtors we have worked with. Everything from photos, listings, showings, negotiations, and closings were completely spot on without surprises. We would highly recommend Jill!

Jill was amazing to work in our home buying experience. Throughout the whole process she made it go smooth. She is a realtor that really works for you doesn’t just go through the motions. Anyone looking for a realtor I would highly recommend her.
