It was an absolute pleasure working with Jessica from start to finish. From the start Jessica visited our home and made several recommendations for preparing the home to get the best price. She goes into great detail what the potential buyers will be interested in. She has in-depth knowledge of the real estate market and the local area. One area Jessica has a great deal of knowledge in was the subject of disclosures. She explained in detail the importance of disclosures in creating a clean sale. She brought up things I never would have thought of. She has great contacts with all the trades and services needed to prepare the home for a sale. She scheduled the home inspection; termite inspection; roof inspections and orchestrated the staging of the interior of our home. The staging turned out fabulous. All the paperwork and signing was explained in detail. Very professional and efficient. The Title Co. she recommended was great to work with. Overall I would give 10 stars out of 10. Great job Jessica

As first time home buyers in a competitive market we were really nervous about the process. Jessica was was so patient with us, never rushed us to make a decision, and assured us that the right house would come along. Jessica was always available for questions about houses, construction, neighbors and held our hands through the buying process. When we were viewing open houses, and mentioned that we were working with Jessica, every realtor praised her as a colleague and person and we couldn't agree more with their assessment.
