When we first spoke with Jessica about selling our San Diego home, she assured us that she'd do her best to negotiate the best price for us. At the end of the day, we feel like she far exceeded expectations in this regard. Jessica is a ROCKSTAR! she recently helped us purchase our first home, she navigated a tough market and was able to get us exactly what we were looking for, and she was our best resource throughout the entire process. She’s an expert in her field and made the difficult hurdles look easy. She went above and beyond in educating us on the process, communication, and she has an outstanding network of professionals. Jessica CRUSHED IT on the sale of our investment property in Cherokee Point (SD). Just a quick example of her awesomeness - when a rude neighbor started putting his motorcycle and junk on our property in the middle of our escrow, it scared the buyers away (who wants to live next to that). She went over to the property and took charge (politely, but was ready to kick some butt if necessary). She talked to the neighbor and made it all go away for us! She was professional but always kept it light, personable, and fun which I appreciate!

She knew just who to call to get our home in tip top shape for top billing. Her deep pocket of contractors helped us get the house as beautiful as we invisioned for the next wonderful family to occupy our home. Jess even facetimed us through the house at a Hawaii friendly time! Jess is fair and honest when thinking about her clients goals, accepting offers and closing deals.
