I cannot recommend or say enough positive things about my experiences with Jessica Crocker. She helped me realize my dream of selling my home in GA so I could retire early in upstate NY in a more affordable area near my kids. I was extremely anxious going into this process. I knew what my home was worth according to market trends, but this is a very different thing than actually realizing a sale. As soon as I met her in person, I felt that my house was in the right hands. Jessica let me know that I would be able to focus on my move and let her worry about what happened to the house afterwards. I felt so comfortable, I went ahead and did things she recommended that I suspect I might not have if I'd tried to sell on my own, such as painting and tree trimming. Sure enough, it was just a matter of a few weeks between listing and the sale. I felt I was in very good hands the entire way, and I was right. Jessica knows her market. I only could find one star to take away, and that was just because my first email went to her spam folder!

Stacy is amazing!! She answered every question we had during and even months after we closed on our home. She doesn’t stop working for you!!! She explained everything in a way that we could understand, as we were first time buyers. I would highly recommend her!!!!

I had to choose between two good agents. Jessica got the job because she came first, and was very impressive in her presentation. Although the other agent was equally impressive, there was a comfort level with Jessica that told me to go with her. She nailed it for us!!! We sold at the price we targeted. In less than a month we closed. It gives me GREAT PLEASURE to recommend her! Hey Jess! We are doing fine. We love it here!

Jessica was amazing to work with! She not only helped us find and purchase our new home, she sold our old home and our rental townhouse in just a few days after listing! She worked with me showing me houses as far north as Suwanee and kept at it until she found the perfect house for us in Lilburn! She really does know the real estate business and how to get you want you need and want!! I have and will continue to recommend her to everyone!

Jessica was a JOY to work with. My condo sold immediately due to her responsiveness and know-how. When the AC suddenly didn’t work the NIGHT BEFORE showings, Jessica had someone there fixing the problem within hours. She has a deep Rolodex and is an amazingly nice person to boot. After a previous, awful experience with a different realtor, I can’t tell you how refreshing this whole encounter was. I ABSOLUTELY recommend Jessica for your selling or buying needs.
