Although I did not end up purchasing a house because our circumstances changed, Jerry was incredibly patient with my family. He was very knowledgeable about the Buffalo area housing market, gave honest assessments of each home we looked at, and willing to assist us with every step of the process. Where many real estate agents feel like salespeople who are just trying to earn a commission, Jerry was always looking out for my family's interests.

Jerry was amazing to work with in selling our home and buying our new home! He was always available and had the answers to all of our questions. Jerry gave us honest opinions and showed us many houses that checked all of our boxes. I highly recommended Jerry if you are looking for a relator!

jerry has been amazing to work with. we worked with jerry in searching for our new home and liked him so much we asked him to be our selling agent as well. we were first time sellers and he walked us through the entire process every step of the way. he is available morning, noon, and night. jerry is knowledgeable, kind, professional, and patient when it came to my anxious feelings about selling. he sold our house in less than 2 weeks on the market! I highly recommend him

In December of 2011 my Fiancée and I purchased our Home in Elma NY for which Jerry was the Listing agent. My Fiancée and I were not working with an agent however we found Jerry to be extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful to us. <br/><br/>Due to unforeseen circumstances (out of Jerry's control) the buying process of our property became a long drawn out headache. However through it all Jerry was the one who put all of the pieces of the puzzle together and really assisted in making the transaction happen. <br/><br/>I feel it’s also important to note the ongoing customer service Jerry has continued to provide AFTER the closing of our home. Little things like discount coupons to Lowe's and sample home magazines set to us via Jerry's office; they are small but very impressive gestures!
