Jennifer was very helpful in my house hunt. She sent me listings and arranged appointments to see the houses that interested me. The listing that she sent fit my requirements for the house including location. After I selected a house, she helped me to get inspections. After I closed on the house she helped me get workmen to repair the known problems. She even found a problem during escrow that the inspector had missed. I highly recommend Jennifer. As an additional note, she was my selling agent in 2015 and did a great job on that side of the process also.

Jennifer Matsumoto sold a house for me in Tustin, CA recently. I live out of state, and I was a trustee for family member and Jennifer was a huge help in selling the home. Jennifer went above and beyond to help me get the home sold quickly, she was professional and helpful with every step of the process and always quick to respond to any and all questions. We used Jennifer to sell our house. She was very easy to work with, gave good advice and was always extremely responsive. She made sure she understood our priorities and worked with us to make them happen. We sold our home for the price we wanted and sold it quickly. We didn't want a drawn out sales process since we're retired and just want to move overseas and start really enjoying our lives. I highly recommend Jennifer.
