Sandra worked tirelessly this past year with me to get my house ready to go on the market. When I couldn't find a reputable contractor to hire to complete some home renovations, she stepped up with honest contacts to help me get the job completed. When I couldn't decide what floor or tile colors to pick that would be most appealing to a new homeowner, she picked colors that blended beautifully with the rest of my house. This was a seamless experience. Set appointment times were met, verbal, text and email communications were timely, clear. There were no loose ends, no surprises. Timely, professional, personal; from the initial interview to the listing, showing of and contract signing, everything was smooth. They knew the subdivision, the market, the price point. Home sold over asking price, as is, with numerous offers. I can't say enough good good things about this experience and have recommended them to others looking to sell their homes.
