Jennifer helped with my first home purchase back in 2012. She was very informative and helped us beyond belief. Very open and honest about everything. 7 years later our family has outgrown our home she helped us get and she was the only person who we wanted to help us again. Over the last year she has been very patient with us and our pickiness while searching for our new home. Never could we imagine having someone else help us with our buying/selling needs. This is the second time I have used Stefanie. She really understands the market and most important she really listens and is always available. The second house she helped me sell was my childhood home. She took all my concerns to heart. The home had multiple offers after being on the market for 24 hours. Stefanie was so helpful in explaining the pros and cons of each offer, plus her honesty and sincerity made the whole process less stressful. I will definitely use her again, and I highly recommend her. Thank you so much.

From the beginning Jennifer was very informative and ready with information. This was my first home purchase and Jennifer was very patient with me and explained all the steps of the process in detail. I felt very comfortable working with Jennifer and she was very attentive to my needs. She is very knowledgeable and had an answer to every question I had for her. Also, during the negotiation process I felt that she did everything she could to get the best outcome for me. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone I know that is looking to purchase a home. Jennifer was overall a true professional and I feel lucky to have worked with her on buying my first home.
