Amazing! She knows the market very well. She explained everything to us and was phenomenal at getting us through the process! She got our closing to nothing out of pocket and even receiving money back. She was great at negotiating our repairs we requested and was very responsive to our calls and messages! Erica did a wonderful job in assisting me through the process of selling and purchasing my home from the beginning to the end. She was very responsive. Scheduled showing. Took the time to contact providers to help with needed repairs in preparation to sell and buy. Assisted with all crazy paperwork and was present at the closing. She was very responsive. Helped me to find a home in my price range. She communicated well and kept me updated. She knows a lot of people in the community and can answer any questions. She is very knowledgeable about homes. She has a great attitude and wants to help.
