We found Jayne through Zillow while we were still in California. From day 1, we knew we were lucky to have found her. She is extremely responsive, made us feel like we were her top priority, and looked out for us. We knew what we wanted but she helped point us towards the best areas. She was also incredibly gracious with sharing her expertise. We are now first time house owners and we couldn't be more excited. If you're reading this because you are searching for a realtor, I hope Jayne is your first and last contact--she's amazing.

As a first-time home buyer, I felt fortunate to have Ms. Jayne Vaughn as my realtor. I felt lucky because Jayne is very knowledgeable, experienced, and trustworthy. She provided me with good listings within budget; she showed me several homes, going through every area of each home with me. In addition, Janye shared an incredible amount of her real estate knowledge with me during each show. She expertly answered all of my questions. Finally, she provided me with and explained negotiated documents once I selected the property. Not only is Jayne knowledgeable she is also resourceful with connections. Jayne was consistent in maintaining contact throughout this entire process. Consider yourself fortunate if you get the opportunity to work with her.

Jayne is such a consummate professional and an outstanding realtor!! I am a senior citizen and was not sure where to start. Jayne took me through the process from start to finish. She broke down everything in ways that I could understand. Jayne is so kind and made me feel at ease. She even picked me up and took me to the closing! I would strongly recommend Jayne to anyone who is need of her services. Top notch!

Jayne was fantastic. She took the time to listen to me for the criteria we needed. She was always available through the entire purchasing process going above and beyond helping me purchase my first house. If I were able I would give her 10 stars. I highly recommend her and would not hesitate to use her again if we decided to purchase another home.

Jayne did an outstanding job from start to finish! I had moved into a new senior citizen community and needed my condo to be sold as soon as possible. Jayne explained everything from the beginning in terms I could understand. She kept me up to date on progress and any offers I received. In fact, she was able to wrap up the sale in a quick and efficient manner. I would recommend her to anyone. She has a kind touch as well as being thoughtful and very professional. Jayne's the best!
