Angela cares about property. It's her passion. She genuinly loves her job. You can never find someone better when they love their job, not for the money alone, because they actually like doing it. That being said, someone might like doing their job but still suck at it! That is also not the case with A. Funk. She was really good at reading what we were looking for and we are really weird. If she could handle us, she can probably help you too.

Angela is a full-service professional. She is responsive, knowledgeable about the marketplace, and everything that we needed when looking for a place - both remotely and in person. In addition, she has a great eye for detail, and looked through the viewpoint of a seasoned buyer as we toured various properties. Angela often went beyond, making herself very available, and was so very helpful with all aspects of the purchase; from finding the right inspector, to the right people to do repairs make assessments. We ask a lot of questions, and on the rare occasion when she didn’t know the answer to something, she researched thoroughly and came back quickly. She comes highly recommended by this happy buyer, who would use her again, and recommend her to friends.

My parents are in their late 80's, both have medical conditions and we needed to sell our family home to move them into an assisted living community. This was a highly emotional decision and as the eldest daughter they needed my assistance. The challenge was that I live in NYS, over 1,000 miles away. So began my search for a sensitive and highly professional realtor, with a strong understanding of the geographic area, the market and someone that could provide assistance with finding packers, professional cleaners, a photographer and a moving company. Never in a million years would I have expected to have all of our needs met in one place. Jay Schmidt's group provided seamless access to kind, courteous, professionals that understood how emotionally difficult this move was for my parents and worked tirelessly to complete each of their jobs quickly and with minimal disruption to my parents daily schedule.
