Jay has been really helpful to help me sell the house. In the preparation phase, Jay brought in a several contacts to help with some of the repairs and staging preparation. The work was done nicely. The house turned out to be great when we put it to the market. Jay also helped quite a bit after we receive feedback from the buyer for some fixes. He helped me find good plumbers, electricians and other. You can trust his network with a very good offering.
