This was our first sell and Jay really took the time to walk us through the process. We had offers in the first three days and sold in nine days. I could not believe it happened so fast. Jay was able to guide us in getting a fair price for our home and never pushed us into making a decision we would later regret. I highly recommend Jay Benner.

Always available to answer any questions we had. He was always with us through the entire process. He advised us as to what other homes in our area was selling for which helped us to know what we should ask for our home. He helped us with scheduling showings. Listened to our concerns when other agents showed our home.
