This is the second home I've bought with Alana & I cannot speak highly enough about our experience with her. My first experience I was a first time home buyer, this time we bought as a growing family. She listened to what we were looking for, what we needed, what was lacking in our prior place as our family was growing... and it all led to us buying our dream home. Alana knew the market, found some gems, had the right contacts and helped us with various pieces of the process that overwhelmed us at times. She was also super understanding when we had a stutter-start, we started looking a little too early, but not 2 months later we were ready to go. She doesn't give up on you but also doesn't pressure you, all the decisions were ours and we appreciated that relationship she built with us. Reach out to her, you will not regret it!

The Schaefer Team were exceptionally professional, prompt, knowledgeable and simply a joy to work with. My listing and sales experience with them was smooth, quick and easy. I closed from out of state but felt the details were totally covered and peace of mind in real estate dealings is huge.

Alana did an excellent job selling our house. We had multiple offers and it sold quickly. She also helped us buy our new house and was very knowledgeable throughout the entire process. Would highly recommend her if you are looking to buy or sell.

My girlfriend and I had the pleasure of working with Alana on our first home purchase. The Missoula area home market, as of late, has been a very difficult one to shop in, especially for first-time homebuyers. However, Alana made this process stress-free and, generally, a breeze. From a professional perspective, her responsiveness and ability to leverage relationships with other professionals in the Missoula area are what set her apart from her competition. I've yet to confirm, but Alana might be the only agent in Missoula who will bring Prosecco to your closing upon request! :)

The Schaefer's were amazing to work with throughout the entire homebuying process. As a first time homebuyer having no real understanding of the process, Alana was great at explaining each step of the process, detailing things to look for, and made the entire process seamless all the way through closing. It was super easy to get in contact with and receive information on houses during the search and stay connected through all of the paperwork. Alana made what seemed like a complex process easy. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for help purchasing a home, whether the first or tenth home. Easy to work with and will keep you competitive in today's market.
