Jason pithers is a phenomenal agent! His dedication to finding us our home was more than we ever expected. He was so patient with us as we toured homes and he was able to look at questionable issues in some of the homes we toured and provide completely honest feedback. His judgment was priceless, as we were unfamiliar with the many aspects and decisions involved in buying a home in Tampa. Jason’s was always available for phone calls, texts, and emails. There was never any waiting around for him to respond that was a very valuable thing to have in an agent. Overall, jason is exceptionally knowledgeable, extremely patient, and very dedicated to his clients. We completely and fully endorse his services, and would recommend him to anyone buying or selling a home.

Dyan Pithers and her team, help me to sell my house above asking price. She is extremely professional and kind, I met her 13 years wanted to rent a house, later I switched to buy instead. She never changed, always making me feel welcomed & appreciated. At the time my English wasn’t very fluent and my future husband was overseas, she assured me that language won’t be a barrier between us and made me feel confident going forward with the search. She is very knowledgeable and wise realtor, also is an attorney which is very convenient for negotiation and reading contracts. I always said, with her you get 2X1. She mentioned that wanted a relationship not a transaction, has been part of my family since 2011, she even assisted to my baby shower! She definitely is the best option for all realtor needs, is an expert locally & internationally as well. She helped me to buy a customized brand new house, negotiated with the builder and made sure was getting the best possible deal for my money. She definitely goes above & beyond! We are very grateful for her help & expertise!

Dyan was the best! We have moved 8 times and she was the best realtor we have worked with. Since we were new to Tampa, she listened to our wishes and helped us learn about the area. She quickly grasped what we needed and kept helping us look until we found exactly what we were looking for. She was very responsive before and after the sale!

We had the pleasure of working with Dyan again this year in helping us find a new home for my mother. Dyan and her team are kind, patient and super thorough in ensuring a seamless sale process. This was our first time working on a new construction home and Dyan helped us every step of the way to make sure we felt confident on its completion. We went through a few different construction managers and sales representatives at the community we selected and Dyan offered us her professional help when we had moments where it was difficult to communicate with them. We highly recommend Dyan and her team for help in finding a new home in the Tampa area. She is the best of the best and gets you what you need, helps when you have questions and ensures you make the best decision for your family.
