After pulling our house out of the market due to unsuccessful results, my husband and I decided to do our research on picking another real estate agent who would really showcase what our house had to offer. We came across one of Jason’s house tour videos on the internet and were really impressed. We called up Jason and entrusted him with the task of selling our house. Needless to say, our house didn’t even last a month in the market and sold over asking. First off, Jason’s video of my house tour was superb. From the angles he filmed my house to the music he chose; it detailed all the features and highlighted all the aesthetics in the house. Richard’s strategic marketing skills assisted in getting us multiple over-asking offers. His patience, knowledge, and constant communication with us made for a smooth process. The private showings were a breeze because a specific schedule was set throughout the week; hence, no frantic house preps due to last-minute showing requests! I also appreciated that Richard was present at my house for the private showings because had any prospective buyers had any questions, he was there to answer them in real time. The quality of this team’s work is far superior to most. They are true experts whose experience and proficiency in the real estate market allowed for this dreadful process to be quick, easy and successful. I am beyond elated and grateful I chose them to sell my house. Bravo, Jason, Richard and the rest of the team!!!

Glenn’s patience, hard work, and diligence is what helped us purchased our perfect home in this crazy market. Between the time constraints of our work relocation, our criteria & budget, and the tightness of the current market, there were a number of challenges that were working against us. Glenn was a true professional throughout the entire process, making us feel comfortable, heard, and more importantly, that that he had our best interests at heart. It was certainly not easy scouring central NJ for a few months but very appreciative of the guidance and humor Glenn provided to keep our spirits up through the process. We are thrilled with our new home and highly recommend working with Glenn if you are in the market.

Richard was a pleasure to work with. We were in the market for a home and out of everyone we’ve met, Richard was our go to guy. Super nice, extremely responsive and resourceful and helped us with everything we needed to get us to closing. Highly recommended and will definitely work with again!

Rebecca was recommended by our estate attorney to assist with selling a family home. As first time sellers we had no idea what to expect and Rebecca was everything we needed! From the moment we met we knew she was the perfect person to help us navigate a crazy market. Rebecca is knowledgeable, professional, and above all kind and considerate. Rebecca went above and beyond to make sure everyone was comfortable every step of the way. She did a fabulous job marketing our home and we had multiple offers within a week. I've had the pleasure of working with Rebecca twice now, once in 2016 to buy my current home, and once in 2022 to rent it out, so I can offer my perspective on her as both a buyer's and seller's agent. As a buyer's agent: Rebecca was incredibly patient and responsive, especially with me being a first time home buyer with evolving wants. Each time she revised her offerings, it kept getting better and better, and reminded me of a well tuned algorithm. I could tell she was genuinely listening to me, and not just dumping listings haphazardly into an email. When we finally found the Pearl River, NY home I wanted, there were a number of interested parties and it was very competitive. Rebecca clearly had a winning negotiation strategy as she communicated effectively to the sellers that I was a stronger buyer and the best choice for them. They selected my offer and I was thrilled! I'll share that I've seen Rebecca negotiate several times since and she is a consummate pro. As a seller's agent: Renting my house to go abroad for a year, I wanted the most reliable tenants possible, because who wants to deal with issues from across the Atlantic. Rebecca presented my home in such an elegant way - from the writeup, to the amazing videos and photos, to her in-person showings - that the two of us were very busy handling all the interest from prospective tenants. Her meticulous vetting and communication throughout the process made me feel secure in what I imagine could be a stressful process.
