Very disappointed. Lackadaisical performance. Ten days after signing and he failed to even put up a sign. Great sales pitch but follow up was atrocious.

We contacted Jason to assist in the purchase of a home. We had a specific area of the city in mind; we had details regarding the size, floor plan, and price of the home, and; we had a specific schedule for moving in mind. Jason was very responsive and provided a large number of properties to review. He was also extremely helpful in assisting us when we located a property of interest. Because of the manner in which the home was being purchased, and those we involved in the purchase process, there were a few unusual twists in the process; however, Jason was very helpful in working through each one of these somewhat unique issues. With Jason's active involvement, we were able to find a home that met our requirements and timing. The closing was went smoothly and we were able to get into the home a little earlier than we even hoped!

Jason is the man! We live in Texas and had been trying the for sale by owner on a condo for over a year in Albuquerque. Jason had the condo listed the week I called him and sold the next week for just a few hundred dollars less than the listed price! He made the process painless and best of all with his hard work and knowledge we did not have to make a trip back to Albuquerque to sell out condo. Thanks Jason

Jason is an amazing realtor and a truly kind and trustworthy person. He helped me find and buy my first home. I had some very specific requests and he found me many houses with everything I wanted and more. I suggest Jason to all of my friends and family when they are home shopping. He will make sure you are happy with your home and he will be there every step of the way (I bought my home over 2 months ago and he still answers my questions and helps me).
