Jared helped sell our home. He was wonderful to work with. He presented a well-reasoned plan for listing and selling our home. He recommended a list price, which was higher than I would have thought to do on my own--but Jared knows the market very well. He presented a plan to list on a Friday and hold an open house the next day. He predicted we would have offers by Saturday. It worked out exactly as he predicted--3 offers by Saturday evening, and we sold it for more than we had asked! Jared is impeccably honest and forthright. He is easy to communicate with and very responsible. I cannot imagine having a better experience selling our home than we did. We are not planning to move any time soon, but if we do, we will absolutely be using Jared to buy/sell.

Jared helped my wife and I quickly sell our home and coordinate the closing to align with the purchase of a new construction home. We were extremely satisfied with his professional service, extensive market knowledge, and lightning-fast responsiveness throughout the entire sale process. This was our first experience buying a house, and Jared made it a breeze. His focus was always on what we wanted, and he was always respectful of our budget. He was available at the drop of a hat to answer our questions, and was incredibly fast in organizing home viewings when something came up that we wanted to see. Many times we called or emailed him in the afternoon, and usually we were walking through the house that night. When we were ready to make an offer, he drafted it that night and had it ready for us to sign. Once we were negotiating with the seller, he always kept us updated on the developments. When we needed addenda drafted for our contract, he got them ready immediately. Jared's responsiveness was incredible. As a negotiator, he more than met our expectations, as we came away with a very favorable selling price. Again, his focus was on getting us a great deal, rather than on increasing his commission. I've already recommended Jared to a number of my co-workers and friends.

Jared was great to work with. He was available when we needed him and helped us get a great deal. Several times he scheduled house visits the same day they listed. He made everything simple and took out a lot of the stress of buying a home. I would definitely recommend Jared to anyone!
