Jacob is a natural. He listens and brings attention to things that may appeal to you. He is easy to talk to. What he doesn't know he has connection and resources to get the info needed. I had to laugh when we looked at one house and he went downstairs. He came up and said you don't want to go down there. I asked why think there was something wrong. He said it had a dirt floor. That was one of my restrictions because of mold and mildew allergies.

We wanted to check the price of our home out of curiosity because we knew we eventually wanted to move when the time was right for our family, but we wanted to make sure we were also making a good financial decision. We immediately received several calls from agents and decided we weren’t interested in moving forward, until we received a call from Julie. My conversation with her was very pleasant. She wasn’t trying to talk us into selling. She gave us facts about the market, our home, and actually cared about making the right decision for us at the right time. She helped us navigate such a big decision with full transparency and genuine care for our circumstances and our future. Because of my conversation with her, I knew I could trust her. She was incredibly helpful and communicative throughout the entire process!

Irvette has helped us sell two houses and buy our dream house. She knew what we were looking for and found it for us in a very competitive market. She was very responsive to our questions and extremely timely in communicating with us.
