How do I give 0 stars. Honestly, so unprofessional. I called him 3 times during business hours on 3 different weekdays and left 3 voicemails. Keep in mind, the house had just been listed for 1-3 days when I called him for the first time… He only finally responded with a text after I sent him a frustrated voicemail after a week of hearing nothing back. The text was him saying that he had an application for the house already pending and would let me know if it was confirmed. He never messaged me. I had to send a follow up text another week later and all he said was, “Yes we have an approved application”… THAT’S IT! Absolutely frustrating and incredibly unprofessional. Do not work with him. He will not cooperate with you. Hope you’re reading this Kyle!

Purchasing a home can be a stressful process. Kyle Petteway went above and beyond from day one. His knowledge, professionalism, attention to detail and integrity made the process easy for both of us. Kyle always had our best interest at heart, offered advice and guided us through each step. He quickly responded to emails or texts anytime day or night. He scheduled time to make sure we were comfortable with the documents. The property was two hours away and Kyle made multiple trips to address any and all of our concerns. Stacy made my sale and purchase one of the best experiences I have ever had in real estate. She was my agent for the sale of my condo. Not only did she consistently respond to any questions or concerns, she also made sure to keep in touch with the title company for my condo purchase (which she went over and beyond any expectations). She by far exceeded my other real estate professional which I contracted for my purchase. He may be a pretty good realtor but he was not as consistent in contact, questions, and follow-up. I am still waiting to hear from him on a question days later. So, if you want the best, this is your realtor! I can not say enough about her professionalism and knowledge. I only wish she could have been my buyer's agent for my new condo!

We were so thankful to have Stacy list our house in Longwood. She was spot on with our listing price and negotiated a favorable price in a timely manner. Her demeanor and professionalism throughout the CLOSING process was exceptional.
