Janet help in the sale of our home in 2021 and a new build project from 2021 and finishing in 2022. She is always on top of everything throughout the whole process. She was extremely knowledgeable and always willing to educate if I ever had a question. So happy that we chose Janet to work with.

Janet was attentive to our needs throughout the entire process of selling and buying our new home. She took time to meet with us when we were questioning whether we even wanted to list our home, giving us information about the market and advice to get our house ready to list. When looking for a new home, Janet suggested properties that we might be interested while never trying to oversell us houses. She was patient with our indecisiveness, available, and willing to answer all our questions. Janet made the right house happen for us. She was the calm when we were frazzled by the speed of the process and the advocate we needed in our corner. Janet knows how to get it done and make your dreams come true. I met Janet after seeing her involvement in our community. She sold our home and helped us purchase our new home. It was a trying time with building but Janet stayed on top of things and even allowed us to vent when needed. She goes above and beyond for her clients and I now also consider her a friend! I would highly recommend Janet to any of my friends needing a realtor

We initially met Janet through her extensive involvement and support with businesses and individuals in the Falcon community. She goes out of her way to help everybody, including us in our search for the right property to build our retirement home on. She listened to what we wanted, gave us great advice on value, brought in other “specialists” to answer our questions on viability of building locations and costs. Once we found the right piece of property, closing went like clock work.
