TLDR: Jane and Laura were excellent and helped us close our house that sat on the market way too long (with a different agent). We received a fair price and they were excellent at advising us through the negotiations saving us thousands at the end. We were having a difficult time selling our home (with a different agent) after Bellevue put restrictions on Airbnb properties. We had been trying to sell as an Airbnb and had a few contracts fall through. After a few price drops we still were not getting very many leads and the ones we got were no longer leaving positive feedback. We made the difficult decision to switch real estate agents and contacted Jane. She was eager to help and very prompt to respond, but before accepting us as clients she asked to do a walkthrough of the property so she could figure out WHY it wasn't selling. She had excellent insights, was direct with the challenges we were facing, and created a plan for how to sell all before we ever signed with her. Her fresh photos, updated listing details, and advertising efforts yielded a lot of fresh leads with improved feedback. We entered into a contract quickly (which fell apart strictly due to the buyer being unreasonable), but Jane & Laura helped us stay positive and quickly relisted the property and had us back in contract in about 2 weeks. We closed above our minimum threshold with them saving out thousands at the end. We can't express our gratitude enough for all the time spent on emails, calls, and actually going to our property for miscellaneous needs. We were selling remotely from across the country so they helped us coordinate with all of our maintenance vendors to ensure the house was sellable. THANK YOU, Laura and Jane, for all of your hard work and most importantly for talking us back from the ledge when things went south the first try. You all rock. --- One small note for folks who plan to hire Jane, that wasn't clear when we entered into contract with Jane, is that once an offer comes in- Jane is no longer your main point of contact, which is when we began working almost exclusively with Laura. In times of urgency, Jane does step back in to help. We still highly recommend their services.

Jane met with us and helped guide us through listing our property. She pointed out things we could spruce up and it worked. Our home sold fast! She was a god send! Thank you Jane and your excellent team!

Wow! What an impressive team! Jane was great. Fast text response time; as it is easier for me to text than call. She helped sell my home after we had 2 deals fall through due to buyer's not getting their financing. Jane came into our home before we listed and guided us with thing we could do to improve the value. She did this no questions asked and that is before we told her we were going to list with her. Prior to using Jane we tried to sell the home for sale by owner and realized it was way more hassle than it was worth. Jane relieved our minds! Her team kept us a float during the whole transaction and brought us a buyer. The good thing about using Jane is she has a team too. If we had any questions about certain things we always had a contact to speak/text. She helped us purchase a home. She has such an expertise with the real estate market. I think with the years of experience it can truly show difference! She is a power negotiator, we sold are home $40,000 more than we had it listed as for sale by owner and the home we purchased $20,000 off asking! I would highly recommend Jane!!!

Jane is a true professional and someone that I would highly recommend, without question, to anyone buying or selling a home. Regardless of the assistance that I required, Jane and her team (Laura in particular) were very responsive and provided me with her/their undivided, immediate attention. I can't say enough about the help she/they provided to me and my family during this process. I will always use Jane anytime it comes to buying or selling a house. I think you should too! You won't be disappointed!
