Jan is very knowledgeable and worked extremely hard every step of the way to sell our home. She was always available, honest and up front, giving clear explanations and good advice to make sure that we got the right buyer at the right price. Jan's associate Jenny Summerfield also worked relentlessly, and found solutions for all the unexpected challenges that came up. I would also highly recommend Jan if you are looking for a property manager, she has done a great job for us.

Jan is a real Gem! We were so lucky to randomly meet her and her husband Marvin. Together they have helped us to buy and sell as well as refinance several properties. Their professionalism and knowledge of finance and real estate coupled with their wonderful personalities has morph into being able to call them close friends!

Jan Hudson is one of the hardest working persons I have ever met. She is very knowledgable and was quick to answer any questions we had. We saw a lot of houses and even with Covid-19 restrictions we were able to close on our home with no issues. I highly reccomend her if you are looking to buy or sell your property.
