Jan just sold us our 4th house since meeting her back in 2000. She is very knowledgeable and helps the process of buying or selling a house along, working hand in hand with your lawyers office making it a very smooth transaction. She is very energetic and friendly, and knows all about the area you are buying or selling. I couldn't recommend a better person to help you with whatever your real estate needs are. When selling our parents forever home, Jan assisted my sister and I in more ways than just selling. She shared great connections with us for getting help with cleaning out the house and fully understood the emotional component of what we were going through. Jan Hompesch. Jen did a stunning job. I will strictly recommend her for you. The process wasn’t easy for me, but she helped me every step of the way. Very professional, and very respectful in the way she talked to me. Make sure you call her for your homebuying, your home selling, and your apartment rentals. One thing about Jen knows her stuff that’s why she premier relator. overall Jen is great. I highly recommend her.??

Jan came recommended by a realtor friend who lives in another State. She was able to exceed the high expectations that my wife and I had. As first time homebuyers there was a lot we didn't know about and she helped us being organized and stay on top of everything. Not only she is a great professional, very timely, organized, super responsive, but she is also a great person, and it was a pleasure to work with her and to spend time with her. 5 stars for Jan! :)
