This is the best Real Estate experience I’ve ever had. As a Realtor myself, it is the best business service model I have ever seen. They are truly a full service provider. They made our stressful family situation remarkably seamless. There was nothing that came up with the sale of our house, that they could not remedy with local resources. They kept us updated on every front. We could call them with questions anytime and they always answered or returned our call, within a couple of hours. Chris Lupton went above and beyond for us. He handled even the smallest details and never let us down. I wouldn’t use anyone else for my Real Estate needs in that area.

We feel so fortunate we contacted Jamie to sell our home! She is very knowledgeable, professional and will sell your home for the best price possible. In addition to providing a detailed market analysis for our neighborhood, she provided great advice on getting our house ready to sell including staging recommendations and low-cost ways to enhance the “look” of our home. Throughout the entire process, she did a great job keeping us updated on key dates and documents that needed to be signed. Jamie is absolutely a pleasure to work with, and we are very pleased with how she and her team have handled the sale of our home.

Jamie and Karla were amazing!! We moved from out of state and they calmed our jitters immensely and sometimes daily! They were a great resource for all the local areas and gave great recommendations to local services such as vet, dentist, etc. We chose new construction and they were amazing with helping us understand the warranty process and gave great advice. I looked forward to our weekly Tuesday call and they both responded fast to my multiple emails and texts. We would definitely recommend them!!

Firstly, you are not just getting the amazing Jamie Paddock. She has an amazing team was highly professional and knowledgeable. I was always being communicated to through everything anytime. They were always available to answer any questions I had throughout the entire selling process. They made me feel confident and at ease, knowing that my house was in good hands. Secondly, Jamie Paddock and her teams marketing strategy was top-notch. They utilized various channels to showcase my house, from social media to local print ads. They also utilized virtual tours and high-quality photography, which gave potential buyers a clear understanding of what the house looked like. Thirdly, their negotiation skills were excellent.
