Jim was great to work with! He was knowledgeable and very realistic. My house had been on the market once before (different realtor) and we were unable to sell. I would recommend him to anyone looking to sell.

Jim was great to work with on he purchase of our home. He has extensive knowledge of the area as well as many of the homes in the area. He listened carefully to our wants and needs. When am out of state family emergency arose he helped get the closing taken care of so that only one of had to be at the closing. I have already recommended him and would again!
