James and Margaret were both wonderful to work with. They both know the real-estate market. When we sold our home in Brooksville 3 years ago James was our agent. He went above and beyond to get our house sold FAST. When we decided to move back to the area James and Margaret showed us several homes. The helped with the all our contract questions and were able to get us the best deal on our new house. I highly recommend them both for all your real estate needs.
