As a home owner and real estate investor I have had dealings with more than 30 real estate agents over the past 22 years. I met James in 2010 and I feel confident stating he is easily in the top 1% of all agents I have met and until he retires he is the only agent I will do business with. I have bought and sold over a dozen homes with James as my agent and he is a constant source of relevant information, professionally delivered. Our most recent transaction was the sale of my personal residence. As an investor buying and selling investment property is a business, but like everyone selling my personal home was an emotional experience. James remained the guiding voice of calm reason throughout the entire transaction especially when I needed it most. James has a way of finding creative solutions to the challenges that inevitably arise during any transaction. He thinks outside the box and provides a level of personal service that is uncommon in his profession. He is well versed in all aspects of real estate contract law. Together we have transacted several unconventional real estate deals without a problem, something several other realtors simply could not accomplish. I have recommended and will continue to recommend James to friends, family, fellow investors and business associates who are in the market to buy, sell or invest in real estate. My only regret is that I didn't meet James 22 years ago !

James helped us through every step of selling our home, and coordinated the search effort in another state by aligning us with a qualified realtor. He knows the market and how to best position your home to maximize the sales value in our area. James is honest and upfront about what it takes to sell your home. We felt he always had our back and best interest at heart. We would not use anyone else but James should we need a realtor in the future.

We had a totally positive experience working with James. He had great suggestions and went above and beyond getting our house listed with continual showings. James always responded to our inquiries quickly. He helped us get the maximum amount for our home which sold in only three weeks. We couldn't be more pleased and we will continue to recommend James to our friends in the Indy area.

I first meet James 6 years ago while in the market for an investment property. As an investor for over 20 years I have bought and sold dozens of single family homes and I have had business dealings with more than 15 realtors. James is the first agent I have met that actually impressed me with both his knowledge of the market as well as his ability to negotiate on my behalf. James has represented me on numerious deals over the past 6 years and I have come to rely on his expertise more and more after each deal. He continually demonstrates the ability to bring new ideas to difficult situations. His creativity and attitude are unmatched by any other agent I know. James will be my realtor until I retire or he does. I have recommended him to several friends as well as business associates and I will continue to do so.
