This was our first time buying a home and Jay was absolutely outstanding with all the help. We could call him at anytime and he was there with all the answers. He helped us find the house that was perfect for us! He knows all the pros and cons to finding the perfect house, and that made me feel wonderful that he was looking out for us always! I would recommend Jay to everyone!

We rented a house in New Haven and Jay is our agent. We rented the house from another country and then moved to New Haven, so the house tour was online. When we wanted to rent the house, Jay was so kind and understanding, but after moving to the house, we faced SEVERAL problems and his speech changed. For example, one of our closets has black mold, but because of the way Jay filmed the closet, we were totally unaware of the tube(!) in the closet and black mold.

We started working with Jay two years ago as we were looking for a house on the CT shore. Jay has an extensive knowledge of the area and didn’t waste our time showing us properties that he knew we would not be interested in. He was patient and persistent in a search for the ideal property. When we found the right house, jay did an outstanding job of negotiating the purchase of our home. Jay Cusack is not only experienced and resourceful, he is also fun to be around. Jay’s expertise in the process of buying or selling a home is what made the difference for me closing on the home of my dreams. If not for Jay’s skill in negotiating my best offer, for his guidance in obtaining all of the necessary components involved in closing on my purchase, and for navigating in a timely fashion a few obstacles on my path, my home purchase may not have been realized.
