James was an excellent Real Estate agent from start to finish. He went to look the property I was selling the very next morning. I was in constant, rapid communication with him over any information he needed from me and vice versa. He used docusign for many items so I didn’t physically have to be there or fax things back and forth. We agreed on a price to list the house, and I received a cash offer on it only two weeks after listing. Based on the other properties listed in the same neighborhood, I thought it was a great price and a no hassle sale. He also helped coordinate all the steps needed from the buyer and with the title company. It could not have been smoother. The whole process greatly exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend James as a real estate agent to anyone.

I would highly recommend James Boyle. He was professional, kind, knowledgeable and entrenched in the Cape May County market. I was especially thankful that he was easy to work with. Initially, I had interviewed several real estate agents and after I selected James, they were actually rude to me about it. James is a class act.

Jim helped us buy our first home 11 years ago, so it was only natural for us to have him sell that same home for us. We had a buyer after only 4 days on the market. He made the process easy and effortless, his communication during the whole process was great! Highly recommend!!
