I highly recommend Imelda. After working with a previous realtor and not having a good experience. We switched to imelda and it was the best decision we ever made. She is professional, personable and she goes above and beyond. She sold our home quickly and effectively. Gave great advice and was always available when we had questions. Imelda was absolutely amazing. Our house buying process was smoother than all the horror stories people told us about. Imelda was so awesome at helping us find the perfect home and giving us advice/helping us through our first home buying experience. She was there every step of the way and available anytime we had questions. We really appreciated her and highly recommend her to help you through your experience too.

We contacted Imelda, when we finally decided to move from New Mexico to Odessa. Since we had no knowledge of the area she was able to give us a variety of homes to view. This of course was done in keeping with all the specifics we wanted in a home. She also was very helpful in getting us prepared to meet with the lenders. Overall the experience was very positive and we highly recommend her.

Imelda's local knowledge was very helpful. She is a lifelong area resident and is knowledgeable of the neighborhoods. I was very impressed with her use in new technology in the process of paperwork, it was very convenient for me and my family. She answered every call or email when I had a question, her responsiveness was immediate. After negotiations she was able to get us a reasonable price, saved us some money and that's always good!

When it comes to buying a home our realtor Imelda Allen made the process as easy as could be ! You hear horror stories of how stressful buying a home can be, but I couldn't figure out why because Imelda handled everything! She pays very good attention to any detail you need to know. She was in constant communication with us on every step of the process. Also knows how the businees works and when sometimes some of the process and paper work seemed to sound like a foreign language to us , she made it make sense. Hands down the best buying experience we've ever had. I would highly recommend Imelda ! Not only would I recommend her, but we plan to use her on any future home purchases !
