Now that the dust has settled, I wanted to send a big thank you to all the work Howard Jefferson did for us. Our journey toward buying our home was not easy, but we got through it with great success because we had Howard by our side. My husband and I lived in Texas but wanted to move to Geogia to be closer to family after retirement. For over two years Howard kept us updated on potential properties to purchase in Georgia, many times Howard drove to the properties and took video and pictures to provide us with additional details. Beyond his expertise and professionalism, Howard was amicable and kind throughout our home buying process. He answered all our questions with in-depth explanations, ensuring we fully understood what we were doing and why it was necessary. Howard helped us buy a house in 2021. As first time home buyers, he was extremely helpful and patient with us. When we sold our house in 2023, we reached out to Howard and he was great with the selling process as well. With his experience in Columbus, he had great suggestions and advice. He always answered our questions promptly, no matter how big or small they were.

Howard was courteous, helpful and knowledgeable on all aspects of selling the property in Box Springs, GA. He guided and throughly explained every step of selling process. Even after the property sold, Howard helped me with some extra property tax requests.

Howard was really on the ball. let us see the home ASAP and met us the next day. He was helpful and did a great job getting us out home. Howard was polite considerate and helpful as he could be we were very happy working with him and his company. We recommend him to anyone in Alabama/Georgia who want to buy or sell a home.
