Holly was amazing! My aunt passed away, and her house was nothing short of a disaster. We don't live in St. Louis and I was selling from afar. Holly was incredibly patient as we worked through the legal aspects before we could sell. When we were finally ready, she had the house posted within a day and we had offers within hours of the posting going live. Most (if not all) of the offers were as a result of the connections she has through various investor networking groups. The final offer was as-is, significantly over asking, and cash. It was my best real estate experience (once we got through the legal stuff in probate) and I highly recommend Holly! She knows what she's doing and you won't go wrong!

Holly did an amazing job assisting with my home purchase. She real listened to what I wanted in a home. The process took a year. However she never faulted in her attention to detail and ability to find homes that were what I was looking for. She was always responsive and quick to have the answers to any questions. She made the closing process as easy as it could possibly be. She even made sure I was closed before Christmas to allow me to spend it in the new home with my children. I could not have asked for a better agent.

Holly was more than exceptional to work with. She is patient, thorough and 100% always on your side no matter what the issue is. Honestly, I could go on about her professionalism and willingness and eagerness too do everything she can to find exactly what you were looking for. I know that no matter where I am in life or how much time goes by, if I need any realtor assistance again, she will be the first I call. FYI, I am a a veteran, using a VA loan can be difficult to understand and navigate through, but not with her. So whatever loan you use, she literally knows it all and we'll find you your perfect home like she did my kids and I.

Absolutely fantastic working with Holly. She went above and beyond every step of the way. It's a very difficult time to buy an affordable home currently, and she did everything possible to make it happen. I was also in a difficult position, with difficult criteria for a home. She was able to help me find an affordable house, for a good price, that I'm happy with. I would not even consider working with anyone else going forward, unless they are personally recommended by her. A home purchase is a huge decision that affects the next several years of your life. You want to make sure that the agent you choose has your back and is looking out for you. She did for me, and she can for you!

Holly is amazing! HIGHLY recommended. Would give more stars if I could! She made the process extremely easy for us, went above and beyond! First time home buyers. She found us a home and closed so fast we couldn’t believe it.
