I live in Maine, but I recently inherited a property in the Portland, Oregon area. Initially, I was overwhelmed because I am unfamiliar with the Oregon real estate market. Fortunately, a Maine realtor found Heather for me. Heather’s professionalism, deep knowledge of the Portland market, and her exceptional communication skills facilitated a quick, stress-free sale of this property. Heather is reliable, honest, concise, and always looking out for her clients’ best interests. She navigated our multiple time zones and busy schedules, always making sure we understood next steps and what was happening with our property across the country. Time and again, Heather went above and beyond to keep us informed and to prepare the property to sell. As we began the selling process, Heather pulled multiple comps and explained each property’s pros/cons in comparison to our property so that we could target our sale price as accurately and profitably as the Oregon market would allow. Each time we met with her, she anticipated questions we might have and came prepared with information to help explain the market and the whole process of selling real estate in Oregon, as well as what we might realistically expect from various pricing strategies. I felt confident that with Heather’s guidance, we set the target price perfectly, and we were blown away by how Heather handled the listing and the sale. Heather marketed our listing so well that we had showings on the day we first listed! Our property was under contract in five days. We received multiple strong offers and Heather spent hours helping us analyze each one before we decided which to accept. She and her team walked us through every step of the closing process so that it was as smooth as possible. She advocated for us at every turn. We really felt she was looking out for our best interests. It was such a comfort to know that we had Heather in our corner when we were so far away. I highly recommend Heather and her team for any real estate transaction you might have in the Portland, Oregon area. Selling or buying a home is usually such a fraught process, but Heather’s clear communication, proactive nature, and expertise made it a dream come true for us! I simply cannot recommend Heather enough! She’s truly an outstanding realtor and a wonderful person!

Heather was a rock star!! She helped us relocate to Vancouver, WA from Nevada and from our first introductory Zoom meeting we knew we were in good hands. She was super patient with us, and shared so much knowledge not only about the purchasing of our new home, but also the ins and outs of buying with a contingency (particularly grateful for the heart to heart conversation about a situation beyond her influence - her insight and sounding board approach was tremendously helpful and caring.).
