doesn't return calls, emails or texts. She schedule's a virtual tour and didn't know it was already under contract. Didn't seem very friendly or helpful.

You won’t find a better agent than Heather!! Whether it’s buying or selling, she’s the person to go. Heather was there for us when we bought our home, giving us everything we needed to know about the area. It was always easy to reach her, by phone call or text message, even making herself available late at night and on weekends. Whatever the question, she always had an answer for us and if she didn’t, she found out. She made the process extremely simple to understand and helped us through it, every step of the way. Buying a home can be stressful and confusing but Heather helped alleviate much of it. She even negotiated on our behalf to have our closing costs paid for by the sellers. After being in our new home for a few years, an opportunity presented itself to sell it and Heather was there for us again, as a friend, to help with any questions or help we needed. She has a good heart, is confident, energetic and an all around wonderful person. If and when we sell our home and buy again, there’s no doubt in my mind that we’ll use Heather as our agent.

I met Heather by chance on a random call to the Chosen Acres office and stumbled upon a jewel in the rough Potter County real estate market. Her hard work and diligence in the process was only surpassed by her vast knowledge of the market in her area. If you are looking for a property in Potter county, Heather will know whats available, know the market value and negotiate tenaciously on your behalf. Her service doesn't end with the sale, her contacts in the area for financing were even more valuable and allowed us to obtain possession of the property in mere days.
