Heather is honestly amazing. She just helped me sell my mom‘s home and was unbelievably compassionate,supportive and attentive. She was available at a moments notice to meet or answer a call or respond to a text. I completely trusted her advice and opinion and cannot say enough good things about her. I encourage anyone to put their real estate transactions into Heather‘s hands. You will not be disappointed. I do not know anyone who would go above and beyond more than she did.

Heather takes her responsibility as a Realtor seriously. She is dedicated to her Clients and will work tirelessly to do whatever is needed for her Client. I dreaded the thought of all I was going to have to do to sell my home, who would need contacted, working with Vendors etc. I didn't lift a finger except to text a "thank you" to Heather after she told me she had taken care of it. Professional and courteous, she knows how to work in the home selling/buying system.

Heather was very prompt on communicating! Any questions or reservations we had , she made things possible or adjusted doubts with ease. Heathers connections with a great realtors also shined , which also very quickly helped us sell our home, so we could close on our new dream home! She offered great advice and allowed me to do my job - pack for the next best thing, verses worrying about what to do next with inspections or selling of our first home! If I could rate Heather Bodine , I would give her a 5 star!

First time home buyers and sellers with Heather! Each process was seamless and we made a decent profit. She handled everything from tasking out repairs to literally video chatting multiple walk throughs out of her normal area. She is always responsive and capable of handling all of the issues that rose in a very timely matter. Stress free as can be!

Heather was referred to me from my buyers agent in Seattle, I needed to sell my moms home in Huber Heights from WA. Heather was instrumental! She had all the right connections to make this work for me- she priced the house right, had a solid marketing plan, helped me with the clean out, we had numerous offers in the first week on the market, accepted one at full price and closed yesterday-marketed and closed in about a month-Heather is very professional, I would not have been able to do this with her help.
