Hannelore and Wendy were exceptional in every way! They were knowledgeable and helpful and hardworking and kind. I had lived in my home for over 25 years , and they helped me navigate through every step of the process from getting the house and property ready to sell, to staging my house to closing. I really felt like I had an incredible team working for me. I highly recommend them!!!!

In searching for a realtor to represent our home sale, we found no shortage of choices in New Canaan. While many touted their passion and knowledge of the town or discussed how their previous work experiences gave them real estate insight, we chose to focus on proven results, making Hannelore Kaplan our clear choice. And she did not disappoint. From our first meeting, Hannelore hit the ground running, providing us with a keen understanding of what she saw as our home’s value and a marketing plan to achieve a premium sales price. Within two days, she arranged professional photography and threw an open house, sacrificing her own family time on a holiday weekend. As a result, she walked into her broker open house the following week having generated significant momentum. A few days later a second open house was extremely well attended and generated further firm interest. While finding the home buyers was important, Hannelore’s skills really shone through during the negotiation process. She worked tirelessly between several buyers to not only identify the best price, but to ensure the terms and quality of the final offer were most optimal for us. Right up until the close, she continued to display diligence and care for the sales process. Hannelore’s professionalism, good natured and competitive spirit, and complete understanding and drive were evident throughout our experience. Wendy Werneburg is outstanding and made the process of buying stress free. She did not pressure us and took the time to help us find the perfect home.
